Circuit 45
If you only have 45 minutes to workout, this is a great class to get your workout in for the day. Work hard in 30-40 seconds for 8-10 stations with minimal rest time and repeat for 3 rounds.

A.M.R.A.P.
As Many Reps As Possible.
The main goal of an AMRAP workout is to do a set list of exercises as many reps as you can in the given time.

Aroma Yoga
A mixture of Yin & Yang poses, akin to hatha practices that incorporates essential oil to invigorate your senses.
*Available in North & East Studio.

Strong 45
Great for those who are looking to gain strength progressively. This is a 45 minute mandatory class to attend before you attend a Strong 75 class so that the instructor can assess your movement & form.

Hatha Yoga
In this 60 minutes class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Align
Reformer Class | Align focuses a lot on alignment and the proper use of intrinsic muscles. Get ready to use muscles you never thought existed!

Strong 75
Focusing on progressive overload, this 75 minutes class allows you to complete a full body workout combining compound movement and isolation exercises.
*Available in North & East Studio.

Boxfit
Get paired up with a partner while you do padworks and work your cardio and core strength in this class. 45 minutes to punch your frustrations out for the week!

Sculpt
Reformer Class | Sculpt is a reformer class with a slightly higher intensity than Align. Working more on getting your heart rate up with a steady mix of flow and repetitions, you will leave this class high on endorphins.
