Prenatal Strength
Suitable for mummies to be in their 13 weeks gestation and above. This series will help you strengthen the muscles you will need for childbirth and for postpartum. Work on your full body muscle with emphasis on your pelvic muscles.

Prenatal Pilates
An ideal exercise for pregnant women looking to improve core muscles, balance and stamina. Emphasizing on abdominal muscles, lower back and muscles of the pelvic floor, body is better enabled to cope with the increasing weight of baby.

Postnatal Pilates
Suitable for mummies who have been cleared by their doctor for the 6 week postpartum check up onwards, this class will have strong emphasis on building your core strength so as to ease your back to normal activity post delivery. Time to build up that core strength.
